CIRCLE OF LIFE DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (COLDF) is a nonprofit organization that works to build a stronger community collaboratively. A more humane community where poverty is alleviated, communities are healthy, and ALL people develop their full potential to close the economic gap.

Circle of Life Development Foundation's mission is to build strong communities collaboratively to close the economic, racial and disparity gaps in the Southeast area of Bakersfield and Kern County.

Circle of Life Development Foundation vision is to close the economic, racial and disparity gaps by delivering equitable and diverse resources, access and opportunities that transforms the most vulnerable communities.
About
COLDF build strong communities by engaging and educating socioeconomic disadvantaged communities located in Kern County and throughout the Central Valley of California. We do this by shared learning to develop trust that builds the best frame to rebuild the community, its values and aspirations. We develop, preserve, manage and/or finance affordable, program-enriched housing and educational opportunities to close the economic gap.
