Circle of Life Trade Construction Program is intended to increase the labor force participation of young adults aged 17-29, who are generally employment ready. The Program is designed to support Participants over 12 weeks through the exploration of construction occupations with hands on experience which ultimately helps them choose a career path to attain meaningful, sustainable employment in the Construction Trades sector.
